Every system a charging business needs. One platform.
Most operators stitch together a CSMS, a payment stack, a billing engine and a driver app from four vendors. We ship all of it as one product, with one data model and one support team.
Station management
Onboard, configure and group chargers across sites and regions. Remote firmware, diagnostics, and access rules from one console.
Real-time monitoring
Live connector state, fault codes and alerting. Auto-remediation resolves the majority of faults before a driver ever calls support.
Sessions & tariffs
Price by energy, time, idle fee or time-of-use. Member rates, corporate accounts, free-charging campaigns — no code required.
Payments & billing
Cards, e-wallets, QR and RFID at the charger. Automated invoicing, VAT handling, settlements and payouts to site hosts.
Customer management
Driver accounts, fleets, subscriptions and support tooling. Refund a session, reissue an invoice, resolve a dispute in two clicks.
Reporting & analytics
Utilisation, revenue per connector, energy cost and margin. Export to BI, or pull everything through the open API.
Never get locked into one charger vendor again.
Any OCPP-compliant charger connects to CarChargeOS — AC, DC fast, ultra-fast, from any manufacturer. Roam with other networks over OCPI, and plug into your ERP, CRM and metering stack through our API.
Run it on our infrastructure — or entirely on yours.
The full platform ships as a containerised deployment. Host it with us, in your own public cloud account, or on-premise inside your data centre — same product, same releases, your control plane.
Fully managed and multi-region. Fastest path to launch, with in-country data residency where required.
Deployed into your own AWS, Azure, GCP or regional cloud account, under your security policies and billing.
Air-gapped or restricted environments in your own data centre, for utilities with sovereignty and grid-security mandates.
Pricing that scales with your network
Per-connector subscription, no revenue share, no lock-in. Volume pricing from 250 connectors.
For businesses running their own sites.
For CPOs monetising a public network.
For energy companies at national scale.
Questions, answered
Still stuck? Talk to our team.
Which chargers are supported?+
Any charger that speaks OCPP 1.6J or 2.0.1. We maintain a certified matrix of models we have tested end-to-end, and we test new models on request as part of onboarding.
How fast can we go live?+
A standard deployment with your branding, tariffs and payment provider takes 6–12 weeks. Pilots on existing hardware can be live in under three weeks.
Who owns the driver relationship and data?+
You do. The app is published under your developer account, drivers are your customers, and your data is exportable at any time through the API.
Can it handle local payment methods?+
Yes. Alongside international cards we support regional e-wallets, bank QR standards and VAT-compliant e-invoicing, including Vietnamese requirements.
Where is the platform hosted?+
Wherever you need it. Multi-region managed cloud by default, or a full deployment into your own public cloud account or on-premise data centre, with in-country data residency.
